We are very excited to announce that we are opening the YSE Cookery School this coming summer in Val d' Isere, France.
The design for our training kitchen in Hotel Les Chardons is being finalised as we speak and course curriculum is being laid out to cover 2 main options of training.
- An intensive 2 week course covering an enormous amount of cooking content from the basics through to some more complicated techniques and a solid grounding in all aspects of food and cookery.
- For those that are keen to learn at a slightly more casual pace, our one week course is designed for those with some cookery experience and hoping to enjoy a few more of Val d'Isère's summertime highlights.
